Company Info: Pickleball Gangsta is a pickleball active wear company based in the US and started in 2023. Their team consists of passionate pickleball enthusiasts who live and breathe the game. Their goal is to “become the ultimate destination and number one choice for street-style apparel” as it relates to pickleball. Item Name: Today we’re looking closer at the PB Gang Vert and Pickleball Gangsta Remix t-shirts, along with the PB Gang v2 and Rubber logo curve bill hats!
Description:
- The PB Gang Vert shirt is black in color, with the words “Pickleball Gangsta” in gold vertically down the middle. The shirt itself is loose fitting and a very soft blend. The graphic on the front takes up the majority of the shirt and gives a stylish appearance.
- The Picklball Gangsta Remix shirt is blue in color. In the center of the chest, the words “Pickleball Gangsta” are present in pink. The shirt itself is loose fitting and feels similar to a ClimaCool shirt. It is moisture wicking and comfortable to wear when playing.
- The PB Gang v2 hat is a snapback and is a flat bill. The hat itself is black in color. On the front of the hat, it has the “Pickleball Gangsta” wording in white and teal. The “Gangsta” is a more cursive style to contract “Pickleball” in bold white letters.
- The PB Gang Rubber Logo Curve Bill hat is also black in color and a snapback. As the name states, this is a curved bill and feels more like a “performance hat” as the back portion is ventilated with holes.
Price Point: Both shirts are available on their website for $25, with the rubber logo hat being $35, and the v2 hat being $29.99!
Recommendation: Pickleball Gangsta has numerous apparel options and a different variety of styles and materials as well. I love the company name and just how many choices they have available. It is clear that the company is passionate about the sport and you can tell from their social media that they are very involved in it as well.
The products have held up very well in playing and through a wash cycle. The fit is looser and is comfortable/non-restrictive when playing. The quality of the shirts is evident when wearing, as they are very comfortable and soft to the touch. The company is also very responsive as well, which is great to see in this day and age.
I would like to see a bit more branding throughout the shirts in the future (perhaps some custom size info in the collar or maybe a logo on the back/sleeve) as I always thinks that elevates the product.
