goodr Sunglasses Review

Company Info: Today we are stoked to review some “goodr” sunglasses! With their patented flamingo mascot (great for FL, am I right?),goodr sets out to bring high performance sunglasses that are “stylish, fun, functional, and affordable.” We were especially interested to learn more about this brand, given their recent partnership with the PPA. Gear: goodr was kind enough to send us a few different sunnies to test out (thanks Dee!). We’ve got the Mach G, VRG, OG, and Circle G in a variety of colors. We’ve got 4 different styles, but there are even more to choose from!

Description: After wearing the sunglasses both on the pickleball courts and casually, I have to say I am very impressed. goodr has made me a fan!

All of the shades come in a variety of vibrant colors, with different lens colors to choose from as well. They are super customizable. The VRG features a single lens and ours was neon green (an ode to the pickleball). I wore these for a number of hours playing and the fit is great. They did not slip or fall off and I can attest that they do meet the “high performance” ask, while still looking cool to wear.

The other big thing about these shades is just that overall they are very comfortable to wear. Even to the touch, the shades feel nice. The lenses are polarized and non-glare, which is also nice as well. All the shades feature the goodr logo on the side, with their mascot flamingo on the lenses.

Price Point: Currently, the shades range from $20 (on sale) to $35. For how high quality these are, I really think these are a great deal.

Recommendation: After wearing these for a number of days, I really can’t say enough good things about them. It’s obvious to see why they have a partnership with the PPA and other events as well. The sunglasses are comfortable, durable, and most importantly to me, affordable. They are at a great price point and backed with a warranty. It’s nice to see that goodr stands behind their products. I am excited to continue to rock them on the courts! Even the packaging they come in makes the entire buying experience seem high quality. You’ll receive a microfiber bag for each pair and they each come in a box as well. If you are in the market for some new shades, I would definitely recommend checking them out!
